These terms of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company LumettaCompany, whose registered office is in Paris, at 60 RUE FRANCOIS IER, 75008 PARIS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number

hereinafter referred to as "LumettaCompany" and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the "Alessio Cacciatore" website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Purpose
These terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Alessio Cacciatore and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Alessio Cacciatore merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale.
These terms of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Alessio Cacciatore.
Alessio Cacciatore reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In this case, the conditions applicable will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Characteristics of the goods and services offered
The products and services offered are those featured in the catalogue published on the Alessio Cacciatore website.
Prices
The prices listed in the catalogue are prices in euros inclusive of all taxes, to which shipping costs are added.
Alessio Cacciatore reserves the right to modify
its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Orders
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or service, must:
- fill in the identification form on which they will indicate all requested contact details;
- fill in the online order form, providing all references of the chosen products or services;
- validate their order after checking it;
- make the payment under the specified conditions;
- confirm their order and payment.
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, and acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall serve as proof of the transaction.
The seller will communicate by email a confirmation of the registered order.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
Our commitment: 30 days to change your mind
Our gallery goes beyond the legal deadline: you have thirty (30) days from receipt of your order to return your item to us, under the conditions detailed on our Returns Policy page. Items must reach us in their original condition, with their packaging and protections. Return costs remain your responsibility.
To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement at the address contact@alessiocacciatore.com. You may use the template form below, though it is not mandatory. The refund will be processed after receipt and inspection of the package, no later than fourteen (14) days and in practice within two (2) business days, via the payment method used when placing the order.
Cancellation before production
As our works are printed on demand, production begins shortly after the order is validated. You may cancel or modify your order at no extra cost within two (2) hours following its registration, by writing to us at contact@alessiocacciatore.com. After this period, the order is sent to production. Your legal right of withdrawal and our 30-day return commitment remain fully applicable under the conditions described above.
Damaged or non-compliant products
If your artwork arrives damaged or does not correspond to your order, contact us at contact@alessiocacciatore.com with a photo of the product and its packaging: we will immediately offer you a suitable solution, primarily the reprinting and sending of a new copy, free of charge. In any event, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

Personalized products
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, for example, a print made from a visual provided by the customer. This exception does not apply to the works in our catalogue, all of which benefit from the right of withdrawal and our 30-day commitment.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form.
The manufacturing time is 1 to 3 business days; we then send the package via Colissimo or standard postal mail, depending on the chosen shipping method.
The delivery time is between 2 to 5 days.
Archiving - Proof
Alessio Cacciatore will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a true copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The computerized records of Alessio Cacciatore will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
Dispute resolution
These online terms of sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
