Right of withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you simply need to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.
The manufacturing time is 1 to 3 working days, we then send the package by Colissimo or by post with simple postage, depending on the shipping method chosen.
The deadline is a maximum of 10 days.
Archiving - Proof
Art Déco Plus will archive purchase orders and invoices on a
reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with
provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The computerized records of Art Déco Plus will be considered by the
parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions
between the parties.
Dispute Resolution
These online sales conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts, notwithstanding
plurality of defendants or third-party claim.
