If your product is damaged or has defects, please contact us on the contact page of our site. We will then proceed with a return of a new work or a refund.

We offer a 30-day guarantee if you are not happy with your artwork.
In this case, please contact customer service at contact@alessiocacciatore.com. You will then be put in touch with after-sales service and will be given the address to which to return the work.
You will then be fully refunded. However, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
